The phrase typefasterjoel came about as a result of a project with his colleagues. I typed so fast that the computer couldn't keep up with me. Therefore, I had to start typing slower so that I could see if I typed any errors. In that time a colleague started saying: "Type faster Joel! Type faster!", but in reality was the computer who was just slow.
As time passed, I realized that this phrase encompassed my skills and my ethic of work. I like to do things fast, but making sure that there aren't any errors in the process. It also shows the type of leadership that makes me today; I expects projects to be done in the minimal time possible but ensuring that the quality stay above expectations. Organization and time management are the keys to excellent results. Coming from a place where fast pace is part of the ordinary; it has trained me. I use this ability in order to work on all my projects.
